the hotel was very clean. the food had plenty of variety and was delicious. the service was excellent, i not sketchy at all there with my children. the staff were very friendly and helpful, this.

the hotel is very large and it was difficult to move around because there was no standard effort to help with transport. i had difficulty going from the room to the facilities because of the distance and the heat.

surprised by the hotel

clean aqua parklively atmospherefriendly staff

the aqua park was definitely the highlight for me. there were various slides suitable for all ages, so i could enjoy myself (it was actually clean!). the animation team created a lively atmosphere with their shows and activities. i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

i found that some of the water slides needed a little maintenance, as there were a few spots where i got stuck.

my beautiful room featured comfortable beds (slept like a baby!) and it was very clean. the room size was decent, at least it was enough for a few days. i had a balcony with a nice view of the garden.

the food options were limitless with a new open buffet menu almost every day. they offered oriental food and western dishes, so i wasn't bored. fresh orange juice was available for breakfast (especially the pancakes!).

the all-inclusive concept made it easy to have food and drinks available.

the security at the pools were poor i notice. my watch disappeared, and the security team didn't help much. cameras did not cover all areas, a thing that is shocking.

I appreciate the clean facilities. My children enjoyed the kids program and the aqua park rides. The staff was very helpful. I plan to repeat same vacation in the future. I liked the motorised train because it runs continuously across the resort. It is convenient for families. There are plenty of facilities available for both children and adults. The resort is very accommodating.

The food quality does not meet five-star resort standards. Some employees are not competent enough to work in large resorts. They need more training to improve service speed. When requesting service, promptness is an issue. I sometimes asked several times for completion.

Food was with huge variety. Someone can find something to love. The bar provides snacks near the pool if restaurant times do not fit. The ice cream bar was great for kids. They enjoy it a lot.

An Okay Stay with Some Issues

The staff didn't always seem particularly happy to be there. Smiles felt a bit rare. Key cards stopped working, annoying. Food got repetitive. By the end of my stay, I was ready for something different. Drink service was slow, and the kids club wasn't that great. The WiFi was also pretty bad, with days without it.
